Welcome to my blog!

Wow, it seems like I’ve been talking about starting this blog for ages! I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to be me, what parts of my identity I really love and what parts of it I feel like I’ve lost. So here I am. Making this wordpress because truth be told, I miss writing… so much. In reflecting these last few months I realized it would be incredibly healing to create a blog for myself, a place where I could think out loud, encourage myself to try new things, be somewhat creative, and honestly just give myself the space to open up a little more.

If you know me, you know I’m extremely planned out. Infj to be exact. But I guess I’m trying to learn how to go with the flow, so my only goals are to share more of what I love, and more of who I am.

You can probably expect I’ll share a lot of cooking, because let’s be real – I’m happiest when I’m making food and feeding friends/family.

You can probably expect that I’ll be sharing my journey towards holistic healing, and amazing nuggets of wisdom from my generative somatics coach.

You can probably expect that I’ll share my travels, because I love seeing the beautiful wonders of the world.

You can definitely expect that I’ll be sharing my politics and vision for the world.

And you can probably expect that I’ll be pushing myself on the day to day to embody my politics in lifestyle changes. #whatiszerowaste? #howcanibemoresustainable?

So that’s it! Until my next post!

Lots of love, Laiseng.

  1. I absolutely love this idea of yours. I think it is VERY creative and not just “somewhat”. I believe you will go far and find your true self. I am excited to read your thoughts and I hope to experience things through your eyes.

    1. Omg, what?! I feel like I’m magnetically pulled to other INFJs– I know so many! And yay, thanks so much Cat! You have definitely been an inspiration and I love your posts, sustainable living is so hard and so important. We have to share tips!
